One of my project members received M343 Backbone SNP pack results placing him in this subclade; I didn't see any phylogenetic irregularities as far as his positive and negative SNPs so I think it's a good result. Looking at the Big Tree it looks like there are only 2 NGS results for this subclade so far; In the L21 project there is only 1 positive result. I emailed him recommending that he join the relevant projects; it will be interesting to see what comes of this small new subclade. I couldn't find anyone on Anthrogenica saying they were positive but I may have missed it.

If at all possible, it would be nice to have that person order Z39589 from YSEQ, as Z17300 is one of the few remaining subclades of DF13 with an unknown status for that SNP.
