View Full Version : Kurd Modeling with qpAdm using ancient Iranian genomes

This thread will be a depository for modeling of various Kurds using qpAdm using Iranian ancient genomes as source populations.

The models posted are the best ones obtained that have both the lowest standard errors and highest probabilities. Some of the sources attempted are Iran LN, Iran Chl, Kotias HG, Onge, Han, Anatolia N, and Levant N.

The above sources will be attempted for all samples posted here. A brief note on Iran LN and Iran Chl. These 2 sources produced very poor fits for most of the Kurds attempted.

Outgroups same as Lazaridis 2016.
