Kit #395303 from FTDNA is O1b1a1a1a2a-F1252, which is one of subclades of O1b1a1a-M95. He is of ethnic Russian origin with ancestry from the region of Ryazan at least since 1922 and probably for many centuries. He has no any recent or known "exotic" ancestry:
