Quick Question,

I am walking through my FASTA file and I am derived for both
HVR1 5773A which according to 2016 Build is J1c1b1 and
HVR1 13953C which according to 2016 Build is J1c1b2

I am ancestral (C) for 15725 which is the other J1c1b2 marker according to 2016.

Any ideas or should I check earlier version?

Hi there - I realize this is quite a few months after you posted. I got my mtDNA results in December and I'm J1c1b2 also. I have 5773 G and 13953 C. Also 15725 T. Both of the latter turn up green in James Lick's mthap tool.
