*IUDI PADI PA WEDIMI

My suggestion:
IUDI - jews, not people "liudi"
PADI -a dialect, similar to GreatRussian or BeloRussian, voicing "a" instead of "o"
PA - once again, written as "po", pronounced "pa"
WEDIMI - the modern form is ot|po-vedayte, or rather, "learn". The "-me" at the end is reasonable in the context of the old forms.
