I have heard of this before it is an interesting study. I like the piece by Prof Colin Hill: I dont think its feasible that you can eat cream cakes and chips and sausage all day long and eat bacteria to reverse it :hungry:

That's a great pity, although it can only be a matter of time before a bacteria is found that can do this.

I wonder if these bacteria could help with "leaky gut syndrome" and Celiac disease?

It would certainly make sense. There are bacteria that help people digest milk, after all. Why not gluten?
