Hi guys im new in Anthrogenica.
Im thinking to do a test that provide autosomal and haplogroup info and support Gedmatch.
Does Ancestry DNA provides haplogroups(Y-Dna & mt-Dna) infos? or which company fulfill my requirements?
Thanks :)

Hi, no they don't, just autosum.
23andme provide both, but a new test providing a higher resolution from Living DNA, also provides both.

Not currently, but its a brand new test, I woukd hazard a guess in future it would do.
23andme is supported though..

I would recommend FTDNA for mtDNA and Y-DNA...
mtDNA: https://www.familytreedna.com/mt-dna-compare.aspx
Y-DNA: https://www.familytreedna.com/y-dna-compare.aspx

FTDNA have separate matching databases for mtDNA / Y-DNA. Gedmatch does not take any mtDNA / Y-DNA data, only Autosomal. It has a space for you to type your haplogroups as this may help when reviewing your autosomal matches. Other matching services which take mtDNA / Y-DNA data are http://www.mitosearch.org/ (mtDNA) and http://www.ysearch.org/ (Y-DNA).

Whilst LivingDNA will cover your mtDNA, Y-DNA and autosomal, they wouldn't be able to get as far down the YTree as FTDNA are able to (FTDNA offer STR tests, SNP tests and NGS tests, so it may take a number of tests to get deeper). Info on LivingDNA is here: http://livingdna.groovehq.com/knowledge_base/topics/what-technology-is-behind-the-procedure (I've got a test on order!)...

Whilst Ancestry only advertises the test as autosomal, it appears that you can get a Y-DNA Haplogroup from the data, but it seems a bit convoluted...

Ancestry used to do Y-DNA and mt-DNA tests in the past, I understand, but they discontinued them.
