So I need to avoid sugary, fatty, dairy and spicy foods.
Stop drinking alcohol and caffeinated drinks.
Eat my greens but don't become a vegetarian.
Exercise just the right amount (not too much or too little).
Go out in the sunshine, but wear sunblock and sunglasses.
Reduce the amount of time I spend in front of the TV and computer.
Worry less and go to bed earlier.
And.... stop surfing! :\
