My two questions are as follows:

1. Can L21+ derive from P311+ with no occurrence of P312?
2. Can PF825+ derive from L21+ with no occurrence of DF13 and ancestral Z253-?

What company/test are those results from?

Depending on the testing methodology, some SNPs may not have been tested (which would answer question 1); for question 2, it's possible that there was a back-mutation at Z253, or that the PF825 result is a false positive.
