Taking in the consideration the vagaries of life, how responsive have others found Yfull to be concerning inquiries about orders? I seem to remember hearing that they are sometimes slow in that regard. Perhaps, because of staffing problems or language barriers.

Be that as it may, I was just wondering what others have experienced.

I have had no problem, but, I do have a correspondence history with one of the YFull team members that predates my DNA submission to them.

Thank you Leonardo. I emailed them on the 15th and haven't heard anything since. So I'll give it a another day and try again.

I just wanted to let you know that it was indeed the vagaries of life - my email went into their spam folder - and I received a prompt reply on my second try. So all is well.
