I quite like this one of my maternal grand parent's wedding at Limpenhoe, Norfolk in 1932:


It not only has my grandparents, but four great grandparents, and one great great grandmother in it.

The below is of my paternal grandmother and her older brother, in Norwich around 1904:


and finally, my paternal grandfather as a boy in East Dereham, Norfolk, in 1920. He was the one on the far left of the photo, standing third row back with a dark top and you can just see his round glasses:

My paternal grandfather's marriage in 1925, Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. All my 2 paternal great grandfathers (one Brazilian Portuguese Colonial, my Y-DNA line and the other German immigrant) and 2 paternal great grandmothers there (both Brazilian Colonial with Amerindian mtDNA lineages A2aa and C1c).

Barnsleys, Thompsons and Stevensons

William Thompson's house, Kirk Lane, Ruddington.

This photo was taken during the visit of Arthur Ray Barnsley and his wife Mabel (nee Thompson) to visit family back in England. Great Aunty Mabel moved to Canada in 1910 a single girl.

My Dad is very like Great Granddad Thompson.
