With my results I was hoping to see, if possible, any clues as to where my missing two great great grandfathers were from. As far as I know they were in Lancashire at some point c1900, but I haven't any idea where they were from. Do my results give any indication of recent ancestry that doesn't really fit with my known ancestry as shown in the AncestryDNA map?

Mine came in today too , 4 weeks ahead of schedule, so they are speeding up process times.

Very cool results! Mostly English as you would probably expect but a spot of Scottish. I'm surprised, though, at you European British also getting around 4% Euro unidentified. It will be interesting to see what this reveals with subsequent fine-tuning.

Well there are a few people here, including myself, where recent additions to the paper trail appear to confirm at least some of Living DNA's regional predictions.
Personally I think it's worth doing FTDNA Family Finder and it's not that expensive. Already I've found out quite a bit about my family through contacting close matches, but maybe I've been lucky. John

To my eye, your Ancestry map #1 correlates brilliantly with LivingDNA map #2. Overall, a very NW England profile, but LivingDNA shows a tad NE Scotland as well. It looks to me like you are a big success for them.

They say it's the journey that matters , not the destination !
