    Short instruction:

    – Double click of the 4 Ancestors Oracle (Admix4_097.exe).

    – Select k36_v1.txt_commas (at first start, you will be in default windows folder, you must find this one where are oracle files). Don’t bother that oracle wants MDLP file

    – enter your Eurogenes K36 ancestry proportions into the fields provided (at first start there are “2,777” everywhere). Also don’t use “-“, use “0” instead. Use commas (for example 0,94).
    If you have crashes start oracle again and select k36_v1_dots.txt and fill in your results using “.” like 0.94. It depends on regional setting in your system.

    – Hit the go button and wait; it takes some time for Gaussian method (especially for 4 populations aproximation) to end. You will see black window with calculations. After one or two minutes it will disappear (you can delete processing file at any time). What was calculated will be saved in output.txt file. It’s possible to launch next run with other K36 results when previous is still running. The result will be saved in output2.txt and so on.
