    Question Current Analysis Times?!

    Hello everyone,
A while back I posted that I am using 23andme. I will give you guys a timeline as of now. Does anyone have any idea of how much longer until it moves to the next step? I don't even care about when I get the results at this point, I just want to know that I don't have to receive another and resend it again.

    Barcode 58851703103404 registered on Apr 02, 2017.

    Kit in Transit
    Received: Apr 15, 2017.

    Receiving and Quality Inspection
Accessioned and passed inspection. Completed: Apr 15, 2017

    DNA Extraction
Isolating and purifying your DNA from your saliva. (It has sat at this point, and it is shaded with green stripes between the previous step..)

Any estimates of when this will move forward? Or if it is going to fail? It has been roughly 2 weeks and a day at the extraction step.

    Thank you,
    MindHive

My kit took about 3 weeks to process after they received it. That was about 11 months ago, so I don't know if there's much of a difference now.

My grandma's kit was received yesterday and entered extraction then. Hope it doesn't take too long!

For me , it took about a month - and a half to really to get out of DNA extraction . Tho I heard it processes faster / slower depending on the season .

Oi, I'm still stuck in extraction. I emailed them, and got a generic response telling me that after 8 weeks from the 15th if I'm still stuck to email so they can further investigate. Frustrated.
