    I-M253 phylogenetic trees.

For those who are interested, Maciamo Hay has posted some updated (May 2017) phylogenetic trees for I-M253 at Eupedia.com.

Here's my slightly altered I1-Z140 tree as an example. My newly formed subclade of Y3647 (aka Y7198) is marked with a blue dot.

    Eure's Big-Y

    I1-S14887-tree (Eupedia) circled.png
Today I found the branch of one of my Eure cousins that I mentioned in another thread I was going to have Big-Y tested. I circled his branch in red.
Do any of the project admins work on the phylogenetic trees under I?
Looks like I'm the first poster of this thread to have a kit on this chart. Any S14887 or S14887>S8175 relatives out there???

It's nice to see new visual representation of the various SNPs below M253. Y3647(Y7198) and the closely related SNPs are most interesting.

One thing that surprise me and I was even going to write Maciamo about it, is why he left off L234 because it was on the tree before Y3647 & A5790 were and it's closer to the present than they are. Maybe I'll try contacting him via his Eupedia forum.

Here's how I would imagine it would look with L234 added in:

Here L234's position on YFull's tree.
