I created this calculator awhile back but did not have time to create a proper spreadsheet, so I forgot about it. Recently I had few days off work, so I decided to complete the spreadsheet for this calcualtor. Once I was done, I sent the files to Gedmatch. This calculator should be up soon.
The impetus in creating this calculator was the release of the Southeast Asian study, which inspired me to create a calculator that included a Southeast Asian component and give my Southeast and Northeast asian people a more accurate calculator for their ancestry. The following are the components for this calculator, the spreadsheet, and Fst Divergence table:

West_Asia: This component is a mix between Caucasus and Gedrosia, it peaks equally among Abkhasians and Balochi.

NE_Euorpe: This component peaks among Northeast Europeans, like Lithuanians and Latvians.

Americas: This component is a Native American component and equally peaks among North and Southern Native Americans.

Siberia: This component peaks among populations in Siberia, like the Nganasan and Yakut.

Oceania: This component is similar to most Oceania components and peaks among the Paupan.

South_Asia: This component peaks among tribal south Asians like Paniya and Pulliyar.

NE_Asia: This component peaks among Northeast Asians like Japanese, Koreans, and Northern Han Chinese.

East_Africa: This component is similar to most East African components and peaks among populations like the Gumuz and Anuak.

SE_Asia: This component is my newest component and is synthesized using the previously mentioned multi-layered study done on islands in Southeast Asia. This component peaks among the Igorot and Murut.

SW_Europe: This component is not just a Southern European component, it has a Western European mixture and it peaks among the Basque in Southwest Europe.

SW_Asia: This component is peaks among populations like the bedouin, Saudi, and Northeast Africans.

West_Africa: This component is the second subsaharan component and it peaks among populations in Western Africa such as: Yoruba and Esan.

South_Africa: This component is the third subsaharan component and it peaks among populations like the Khoisan.

Spreadsheet, NJT, and FST for the puntDNAL K13 Global.

Wonderful work, punt. I have a quick question, is the SW_European component by chance a hybrid between SW_European proper and something more in the direction of SW_Asian-like?

According to the FST divergence table, the SW_European component is closest to the NE_Europe component, so I think it is not like SW_Asian, but rather a mix of West European and South European.
