LivingDNA compared to GEDmatch
Now that LivingDNA have integrated withe Gedmatch Genesis, you can look up your admixture under all of Gedmatch's models.
I'll go first:
I am from Southern Russia (Cossack country south of Rostov on Don)
Living DNA (updated today)
Europe 97%
Northeast Europe 67.9
Finland 8.4
Tuscany 5.9 weird
South Italy 2.1 weird
Germanic 5.8
Scandinavia 1.5
England and Wales (wtf?) 2.9 Literally impossible.
Unassigned 5.5
Eurogenes K13
# Population Percent
1 Baltic 44.29
2 North_Atlantic 22.33
3 West_Med 14.57
4 West_Asian 12.67
5 Siberian 2.8
6 Amerindian 1.81
7 South_Asian 0.63
8 Northeast_African 0.6
9 East_Asian 0.29
Strange that my West Asian (I assume this is Caucasian - Georgian, Chechen etc) does not appear in Livingdna.
I found the single population sharing incredibly accurate, here are my top 5
Single Population Sharing:
# Population (source) Distance
1 Ukrainian_Lviv 8.97
2 Ukrainian 9.36
3 Ukrainian_Belgorod 9.64
4 Southwest_Russian 10.29
5 Kargopol_Russian 10.81
I ran Jtest and found 0 Askenazi jewish, so I really dont know what my Mediterranean admixture is.
