    You made some mistakes though. There are 7 E-M81 samples, 5 J1-M267, 1 J2-M172 sample and 5 E-M35 (xE-M81, E-V32) (some could be E-M78 (xE-V32) and E-M123). Ht no 27 is most likely one of these E-M35 cases, ht no 29 is E2-M75 and 54/57 are both E-V32 with DYS19 mutated to 12.

    These are the notes I made;

    No. 25,39,45,59,60,61 E-Z827
    No. 7,37,49 J-M267
    No. 51,65 J-M172

    Only no.25 and 39 are E-M81. 39, 59 and 60 are some kind of E-M78 or E-Z830. Interesting that you pointed no.61 out as I didnt notice it. I can tell you with 100% accuracy that it does not belong to any E-M35 or even E as a whole. It is in fact very strange and the closest thing it looks like is some kind of Q. I'm sure it belongs in K somewhere...

    no.51 is T, not J.

    The other J-M267 you missed is no.43 from a known yemeni cluster.

    I would add 45 as well. Generally E-M35 haplotype with DYS391=9 is an easy E-M81. 39, 59 and 60 have DYS391 mutated to 10, but overall a very similar haplotype make me lean 60-40 in favour of M81 rather than Z830

    Yes, it looks closest to a strange T actually.

    I agree

    My bad, I wantd to say only 25 and 45 are E-M81, not 39. 39, 59 and 60 are definitely not E-M81, it's not just because of DYS391 being 10, it's that with DYS389 = 13-30, DYS439 = 11 or 12 and DYS385 being too high. I can tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE that these samples are E-M81. As for 43, the yemeni subgroup is known and you had it mistaken for E-M35 beacause of its high DYS385a = 17, but that is a known recLOH event...
