    This is a very convincing hierarchical clustering. How did you get the North Euro data and the Gedmatch kits on the same dimensions?

    I uploaded Dutch data to Gedmatch (there are hidden now). After that I compared K36 results not genomes with existing Gedmatch Dutch kits. But those kits were small minority in every average (in many there isn't any). Zeeland is the exception. It's only one kit but for some reason match perfectly.

    BTW those kits are taken from Netherlands Twin Registry (NTR). Of course only one twin from pair is taken for the consideration.

    But PCA is inline with dendrogram.
