I tried too and get the same "file is invalid" reply. I don't understand why. The LivingDNA data worked fine at Gedmatch genesis.

This is how I interpret it, don't know if it is really the case:
LivingDNA tests about 600k snps. MyHeritage tests about 700k snps. Out of genesis gedmatch, I can infer that there are ca. 162k snps overlap. I think it is logical to assume that only those overlapping snps can be transferred, theoretically. Importing 162k snps into a system which accomodates 700k snps would then lead to problems. I don't know if this is true for other companies; it can be that they overlap more or less with each other.

EDIT: it looks like LivingDNA uses more "unique" snps, which many other companies don't use; other companies may overlap more. Here is a chart (which is still uncomplete).

Debbie Cruwys Kennett has a great explanatory blog or thread at the Facebook ISOGG site.. The gist of it is that they are using the newer GSA chip which other companies will soon follow..23andme is one.

She explained why living DNA data has less gedmatch snps used too.
Flags represent known or paper trail ancestry from greatest to least:
England, Scotland, Austro-Hungarian Empire, (Galicia Poland) French-Canadian, and Dutch American settlers.

Does anyone plan to upload any of their data from other companies to LivingDNA. Even if they have already tested there?
