    Interestingly, sample VK362 from the Viking paper turned out to be E-V13. The sample was from Bogovej, Denmark. ~35% of his admixture was from a Southern European source (labelled as Italian), perhaps this explains the V13.

    Interesting, is the Viking Ev13 clade known, or its BAM isnt out yet?

    Not too sure to be honest. Maybe someone tried to run its BAM, but the SNP quality was too low.

    Good, but my e-v13 comes from my paternal side which is from Bukhara, Uzbekistan, not my russian side
