It's also known as J1-Y30093 and has a formation of 1600ybp and a tmrca of 1400ybp, It descends from J1-FGC11 and seems to have an Arab origin and expansion as it is very commonly found in Oman https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-Y30093/.

If you're FGC11 or Y30093, it might be better to get in contact with some of the Arab FTDNA projects, they will be able to give you a better insight into your ancestry or even your tribe. FGC11 is associated with Arabs and it is very likely that the first Arabs belonged to FGC11, I believe that most Saudis are FGC11. You're also FGC2 which is believed by some to be a part of "تغريبة بني هلال" Bnu Hilal expansion from Arabia to North Africa, I'm not an expert in FGC2, so getting in contact with some of their projects will be really helpful.
