It's a subbranch of E-V13 with a back mutation.
E-V12 is a different haplogroup entirely, If FTDNA confirmed you E-V12 (SNP Testing), it's the right one. Morley is what it is, a predictor.
Oh and btw, V12 is more fit for a jew than v13

My paternal line is from Muro Lucano, Potenza, Italy. Very old line. Most likely left Egypt and crossed the Mediterranean.thats very cool
