I cannot guarantee that it's easy to separate them with ADMIXTURE, but they are clearly separated by D-stats:

If Anglesqueville use the same datasets as me (I suspect yes), we will see.

Instead of Kalash, use Tajik Pomiri and Yaghnobi, these are populations that fit on clines better.
For Indian group use tribal like Agta, Jawara.
If you add Iranian group, let's try something different, don't use ANY Baloch/Brahui/Makrani; either use Iranian Bandari by itself or use Iran_Zoroastrian by itself. I think it's more interesting to use Zoroastrian.

“Chahar chez est tohfay Multan, Gard-o- Garma, Gada-o- Goristan”.

Four things are the gift of Multan: Dusty winds, hot seasons, beggars and graveyards.

Unfortunately (for me), I suspect no. My modern datas are very deficient: basically HumanOrigins ( from Lazaridis 2016) and Pagani (of course not with the 40.000.000 snps!) for the eastern-european and eurasian pops. I have very few germans (only 3!), no dutch at all, no irish, very few swedes (only the 2 or 3 from Pagani). I've been so far unable to download datas from SGDP. Honnestly I did'nt work very hard for this, as I'm mostly interested by aDNA.

I can advise not to waste time for SGDP. It's extremaly big file and final files were "poisoned" by SSA and East-Asian influences even in Euro samples. Maybe in D-stats it doesn't have any meaning but in admixture does.

Ok I added Sudan dataset to previous big dataset without loss of snps... So it will be possible to create Nilotic component.

Do you know if there are any available Ainu samples out there? I've only seen STR before.

Btw, FYI. Try not to use Ukr_Bel in Ukrainian averages for oracle. The sample was taken from a Ukrainian diaspora in russia and does not rightly reflect Ukrainian admixture. It is a pretty useless data

It might be best to focus on Danes, eastern Norwegians and Swedes from "southern" Sweden because they are quite similar, while Norwegians from western and northern Norway, and Swedes from northern Sweden are quite different from the others.

Agree with Evon, I have this old research in my mind, with this picture:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/13/science/13visual.html

And with a look at the K36 results and maps I would suggest:

    NW Germanic (Danes)
    North Germanic (Sweden)
Celto-Germanic (West Germany? Belgium? Northern France?)

Succes with the follow up Lukasz!
