Can someone explain my results? Nearly 100% Greek, but I'm not Greek?

I've been perplexed and I haven't seen anyone have this same "problem." I'm Italian (maternal) and Macedonian (paternal). Although, I was born in the U.S.

My results were:
Greek 92.7%
Iberian 2.4%
Italian 1.6%
Ashkenazi Jewish 2.5%
West Asian 0.8%

My questions are:
1. Why is my Italian percentage incredibly low?
2. My paternal relatives are Macedonian, why am I 0% Balkan? (This is something that is confusing me even more because when I checked my DNA matches [Macedonian matches] they have around 30% Balkan. I have 0% Balkan. How could that be explained?)
3. Why is my Greek percentage higher than what I've seen in Greek people born in Greece? (I had a DNA match of a person who is Greek and born in Greece and their Greek percentage was 75%)

Even with Eurogenes K13, my closest population match is Thessaly (Greece) and that's followed by Central Greece.

I'm genuinely confused and if someone has some kind of explanation for how or why my results are presented in this manner, then that would be great. I can't figure this out. I've been looking for an explanation all over the internet and I cannot find a single person who has encountered this.

In K13, are you just looking at just your single pops or also the other mixed mode results? My dad is German/British/ Ashkenazi and my mom is Lebanese, and K13 thinks I'm Italian (and others think I'm Cycladic Greek) in single pops, but the mixed mode 2-pops are much closer to the truth:

I presume that when you say macedonian, you mean Greek from the macedonian province ( salonika ), north of thessaly ........... and not the slav macedonia which is a separate nation. Is this correct?

No, I am talking about the Slavic region, that's why I'm very confused. Everything points to me being Greek, but clearly I'm not Greek (at least as far as I know).

Yes, my maternal grandmother's relatives were from Naples, my maternal grandfather's relatives were from Sicily.
