Well then, are these calculators "useless" when it comes to mixed ethnicities? And my other question from the beginning was why did I have 0% balkan, only 1.6% Italian, and then 92.7% Greek? Because now I understand how the ethnicities mix, but I still don't understand why I have 0% balkan, shouldn't there be something, even a small percentage?

Nicole your results are normal.
Don't listen to some ignorant people here who think that we as Slavic people by default, must have results similar to Bulgarians, Serbs and other slavic people from the Balkans...
Macedonians are very southern shifted, especially those from the western part of the country and since your father is from Ohrid, and coupled that your mother is South Italian, than is not surprise that you get such kind of results.
Even I, who am from the eastern part of the country get very southern shifted results and MyHeritage gives me over 50 percent South European ancestry and the rest is Balkan.
However, keep in mind that MyHeritage is not very accurate and I think you will be better off with My Origins of FTDNA.
