Settles it, Nepali Brahmins have very little TB influence.

If a Chinese calculator hasnt given you guys more than 5% Chinese, its largely insignificant trace ancestry.

Id be interested to see Chettri and other Nepali samples - because most Nepalis I've seen in Oz have visible E Asian ancestry

It’s possible that you mistook those that were Brahmins for something else.

Interesting. I had expected that you’d score some Euro. Looks like only Brahmins and other high castes from the North are scoring Euro. But your Sindhi score is really high (more than 20% than mine ).

For what it's worth, in the Reich Lab study on South Asian diseases, the listing in Supplement #6, they listed a bunch of populations with "significant East Asian related admixture". A lot of Nepali groups were, including Newars, Thakurs, and Shah, but not the Nepali Brahmins. Interestingly, they listed Uttarakhand Brahmins, Burushos, etc. Had no idea people to our west had more EastAsian as a whole.
