Hello, I made a calculator based on modern references. 649 different samples from around the world are included. The calculator was unsupervised (samples were not merged according to their later component), but all ancestral components were made as I wanted them to get. The components are:
- Papuan
- Yakut
- Caucasus (peaks in Ossetians, Georgians and other Caucasian people, no Turkic speaking people of the Caucasus)
- W_Africa (Yoruba and Mandenka)
- E_Asia (Han Chinese and other East Asian populations like Mongola or Tungusic people)
- Kalash
- NW_Europe (Orcadians from the British Isles)
- Arabia (peaks in Bedouins, Saudis, and with around ~76% in Yemenite Jews (South Arabians))
- Mozabite
- S_Asia (Punjabis and other South Asians)
- Brahui-Baloochi
- Mediterranean (Sardinians)
You will get the best genotype rate with FamilytreeDNA's Build 37 autosomal raw data, however other autosomal files will work fine too (as long they are in a DIY Dodecad compatible form). The run itself took with an example ftdna raw data file 158.35 seconds so be patient while running your data. With a small donation I will run your data through the calculator (just contact my E-Mail for this), it takes a lot of time to standardize (and often even convert the file to accepted DIY Dodecad formats) and then run the genotype data through the calculator. It is just an offer, the files are freely available as usual. You can also just ask other members of the forum. The results looks good, so does the ADMIXTURE plot:
Code:
0.00% Papuan
1.60% Yakut
33.40% Caucasus
0.07% W_Africa
0.27% E_Asia
2.27% Kalash
15.21% NW_Europe
10.69% Arabia
4.20% Mozabite (Yemenite Jews score also a good amount of this Mozabite component)
4.73% S_Asia
13.40% Brahui-Baloochi (compared to other South Asians they are more Iranic)
14.15% Mediterranean

To run the calculator you will need the DIY Dodecad files which you can download below, instructions to usage are in the Readme.txt:
