FAMILY FINDER: Why has FTDNA removed all but one Family Finder Match ??

I transferred my GENO 2.0 NGS results to FTDNA two years ago and had dozens of "Matches". Now I find their is only one Match, my daughter, who also transferred her GENO 2.0 NGS results. We both paid $49 for the transfer and most of our results have been removed in the past couple of months. I don't know the exact date they were removed since I don't visit Family Finder often.

Has FTDNA announced a change in policy regarding GENO 2.0 transfers? For awhile, I believe transfers were even free. I don't understand how they can remove dozens of results which I paid $49 to have. Any ideas about what is going on?

Perhaps somehow, your Privacy Settings have been changed to display only close relatives?

Thanks, lgmayka ! I tried several of the search settings Family Finder offers i.e. close, intermediate, all - but nothing changed my solitary Match. Hopefully it's a temporary computer glitch.

I don't mean the search settings. I mean

Account Settings > Match and Email Settings > Family Finder Matches & Email Notifications

Thank you. I just checked and I had Immediate and Close turned ON. I just turned ON Distant and that added a bunch of 2nd - 4th cousins. Thanks again, Igmayka !!
