    Lukasz: The K10 is not poor in that differenciation, just the actual PCA is. In General: Every display in a 2dimensional PCA of more than 2 components inevitable means a loss of information. Displaying 10 components means a huge loss of components. What is lost depends fully on how the PCA is constructed. There are kind of one million ways to display K10 results in a PCA.

    Yes, maybe this particular Saami north-eastern shift wasn't appeared in first two dimensions created by PAST.

    Ph2ter out of curiosity can you post PCA from first and three dimensions?
