Question Decrease in quality of new Family Finder tests

I noticed that my own test (autumn 2016) has about 2.33% no-calls, and my granny's test (March 2018) has 4.33% (GEDmatch => DNA File Diagnostic Utility). Some guys from Molgen and FTDNA forums also noticed the same (more than 4% no-calls in recent tests). We get the same warning at GEDmatch:
This kit has an unusually high number of no-calls, which usually results in a larger number of false matches.
Does it mean that FTDNA has some problems with quality control? Has anybody from this forum also met this problem? As I remember, FTDNA representative said that they allow not more than 3% of no-calls during 2016 DNA conference.

UPD: I checked one recently uploaded MyHeritage kit from my matches list, and it seems that they have the same problem with no-calls. They are using the same lab, so it's not a surprise.

No-Call % for my FTDNA tested family members:

    2014:
    - 1.16%

    2015:
    - 0.91%

    2016:
    - 1.42%
    - 1.45%
    - 1.84%

Seems like it is pretty random...

I mean particularly tests completed in 2018. The problem doesn't exist for earlier tests. It's usually random, but it's often more than 4% in 2018, which is very poor.

Some people I found at FTDNA forum have already contacted them, but they answered that all is OK and all the tests successfully passed their quality control. I'm 100% sure that they won't re-run all these tests.

I would still contact them personally, you cant rely on others. Especially considering how many trolls and such roam these forums...

    No calls %

    Kit FTDNA MyHeritage
    Person 1 2017 2.66% 2.23%
    Person 2 2017 2.66% NA
    Person 3 2017 2.31% 2.73%
    Person 4 2017/2018 4.95% NA
    Person 5 2018 5.54% NA

Person 4 sent the test somewhere in the end of November and results came in January 2018.
Persons 4 and 5 took the samples in the morning, before any eating, drinking, brushing the teeth and so on.
For person 5 FF results were postponed twice.
I really think it is problem at the lab or they are processing the samples faster to cope with the amount of oreders.

Latest, which came some days ago:

    No-calls = 29738 = 4.1870353683262 percent.
