Ybrowse uses hg38 now. 23andme uses hg19. There is a file called snps_hg19.csv at http://ybrowse.org/gbrowse2/gff/ that you can use to look up the positions. 23andme is very limited with the E1b1b subclades. I included them in a spreadsheet that I posted them on a thread about 23andme v5 using snps_hg19.csv as a cross-reference and included the longhand name. The thread is in the 23andme sub forum here.

Same shorthand SNP, rs id, and mutation. Different genomic position because of change from hg19 to hg38.
