    Nice work Mephisto!

The re-calibration of Dinka for E_Africa has done wonders -- they're the golden standard

I'm curious to see how the Hadza might appear. Given the lack of an E_HG cluster, I'm guessing their Omotic will be substantial. I think that's where my usual tinge of E_HG got dumped.
I'll run some African samples tomorrow and see if anything interesting pops up

The reference population for Europe should be Lithuanians only since they carry the highest WHG, EHG. The rest of Europeans are more Near Eastern-Neolithic shifted.
Mozabites should be deleted since they're a mixture of West African, Mediterranean and SW Asian and I don't see any North African members who captures it fully.
The Mediterranean reference could be Neolithic Farmer kits from Anatolia or Stuttgart, Greece Neolithic

I mentioned it already many times: in an unsupervised ADMIXTURE run no samples are assigned manually. Only the number of ancestral components is chosen (in this case K=15). The ADMIXTURE manual is very nicely written, I really recommend reading it to understand what this notorious ADMIXTURE program is for. If you would have given a look at the barplot of the newest version of this calculator you would have seen that the "Europe" component even peaks with ~90% in a Lithuanian and another Estonian sample, so ADMIXTURE itself centered the "Europe" ancestral component already around Lithuanians. However, since this is a calculator on modern samples, I do not see the relevance of Lithuanians having the highest WHG and EHG. The Mozabite component surely will not be deleted, Mozabites are enough divergent from any other population (and/or ancestral component) that they always get an own ancestral component assigned by ADMIXTURE itself. Again you can see that some Mozabites score 99% of their ancestral component (and consider that this in an unsupervised ADMIX. run). Nobody will score 100% of any component if the person wasn't part of the dataset, so your argument that it does "not capture it fully" is not valid (despite the scores for NAs still being very high). The so called Mediterranean component is usually based on Sardinians, they have a lot of Anatolia N. ancestry.
