Your subclade is different from the other two punjabi Sikhs in yfull . I rather expected punjabi L1c's to be closely related .

What were their subclades? I think Punjabi Sikhs are underrepresented on Y-Full. There are more involved with the FTDNA L project, which I'm still waiting for my results on before I do the Big Y.

My subclade has so few individuals and both are from completely unrelated regions. I believe there was a deceased Sandhu sample on Y Full from the 1800's who was 1 subclade off from mine but I don't recall.

Well, let’s wait and see what subclade FTDNA designates for me. Someone told me Living DNA initially assigned them the wrong subclade and it was corrected during an update. Chances of that are low but we’ll see. Y-DNA L is so understudied that anything is possible.

I Think YF07190 who is in same subclade with a Balochi might be the Sandhu . All other commercially tested are non indians

Here is the Sandhu. He is apparently in the DYS454 subclade, which is right next to my clade L-Z5921 on FTDNA's L project.

Family are from Pahari areas of AJK around Dadyal, Mirpur and we identify as Jat, with my mother's side being Kanyal and my father's side variably called Rajput Bhatti or Jat. There is a high degree of endogamy, at least in recent generations, with consanguinuity.

The spreadsheet I manage along with Sapporo and McNinja has a few 23andMe samples who are assigned L-M2481. Has he browsed his raw data to make sure he's ancestral for M27 or M357?
