Perhaps the mere act of wanting the Update to arrive prevents its arrival. I asked a Psychic friend of mine why I have not received the Update and she told me it was because The Universe hates me. I'm not saying this goes for everyone, but you never know.

I'm going to wait two more days, and then I'm calling the police.

    Words to live by
Paper trail ancestry to the best of my knowledge:
English 28.12%, Unknown Eastern European and Eastern German (Polish speaking) 25%, Scottish 17.96%, Scotch-Irish 12.5%, French 8.2%, Welsh 3.125%, Native American 1.95%, and Colonial American, 3.125%, which cannot be determined with complete certainty: there is Dutch (at least 1.36%) and some English. The rest could include Spanish, Norwegian, German, and French, but these percentages would be minuscule.

Perhaps, you should consider a seance with Edgar Cayce:

However, once you get him, don’t ask him why, ask him when.

Just got my daughter's results today and they are in the old format. I'm happy about that because I wanted to see what sort of trace regions she got. She had some different ones than myself but I guess it goes to show the randomness of these trace regions. They are interesting to me nonetheless. So I'll be waiting on her update as well although I'm one of the fortunate () having the update already. She got the same GC as myself Munster (South Ireland) but she also got Ulster (Ulster East) which is an odd one. Her ancestry is 25% Munster, 25% Connacht, 50% Leinster.

I don’t understand why they are still releasing results in the old format if their goal is to update everyone soon?

Italy/Greece. No one in her family tree from there though (at least that I'm aware of). Who knows about the Ulster bit. I guess some Ulsterman could possibly be in her family tree as I'm not 100% sure of her paternal side. I'll be interested to see what happens with these trace regions with the update.

I've still got the updated result so I'd say they will update everyone eventually.

It must be something though if it is showing up? Is the Ulster East possible? I have Ulster East but not sure what it really means.

These estimates act like oracles sometimes. Jessie might be slightly more southern shifted than the reference populations they are using for Ireland. This happened in my estimate. I received a lot of Iberian to balance out my Scandinavian score.
