Sounds really interesting, I'm really not too sure cuz its the entire data sheet, proximal sources etc. Very well could be Iraqi, but she does score Yemeni-like ancestry on the standard nmonte calculation and some very very minor east-african ancestry so who knows. Is/was her family based in East Africa by any chance? I can keep running through her coords and see what happens but if she has an as complex background as you say then it might be real cloudy like in my own case.

pegasus, what group does TKM_Parkai_MBA correspond to and does it bear any significance to modern Central and South Asian groups? On random over-fit gradient by descent full data sheet runs, only me and agentlime score it (20+%).

I have seen it pop up here and there, but I think its just a high coverage sample, nothing else.

Are there other Kashmiri Muslim samples? Though outdated, Harappa had my closest population as “Kashmiri” as opposed to “Kashmiri pandit”; same for my parents. I guess I mistakenly attributed that to my slightly higher NE Asian as according to Harappa.
