I've been posting Global 25 results up until that post. That's for people who only have their Gedmatch results and aren't paying for Global 25. Also, because of Gedmatch, we have a lot more user results than with Global 25. A lot more Haryana Jatts for example.

For this nmonte, do you know why the Haryana Jatt is only modelled as 80% of its reference pop?

    HRP0393 - Haryana Jatt:

    "distance%=0.5957"

    HRP0393 (Haryana Jatt)

    Jatt_Haryana,80.2
    Balochi,7
    Piramalai_SouthIndia,5.2
    Brahmin_NorthIndia,4.6
    NE-Europe,1.6
    Amerindian,0.6
    Maasai_Africa,0.6
    Somalia_E-Africa,0.2
The Haryana Jatt average from my ANE K7 spreadsheet has WHG over 14%. HRP0393 has less WHG than that.

Although the tests indicated strong Sintashta signals for both, they have a an added unmistakable layer of Saka admixture with even a stronger signal, with +ve hits on almost every one of the 65 Saka and Sarmatian samples. Their f3 outputs will be posted tomorrow.
My current modeling is actively filtering out post-BA references(although LBA references are present), so Saka components, being Iron-Age, would probably be lumped into Sintashta and other Steppe components.

Added: Varun, Jortita, Bmoney, Tanzil, Poi, Kush. Removed a bunch of excess populations so it's a bit clearer.

EDIT: I feel like I messed up something on this. I will redo another PCA on R later.

Though I think BR2 is one either Manipuri Brahmin or WB Brahmin now. Will have to confirm later.

I don't have your or Nai's coordinates. I looked thru the thread, unless I missed it.

Can you add it to this spreadsheet? https://1drv.ms/x/s!Am_OOQX_t-4DgYow6VPH6aYMsjcxUQ (The scaled ones only)

My fits were bad, but if you can find a good fit, please add me as well. I sent you my and Punjabi Nai coordinates.

This is probably the best view you are ever gonna get on the 3D PCA. Killed my computer running this on R LOL.

MDL, I'll add your ish, when I get the coordinates. EDIT: you sent it while I was doing this. Let me wait for 1 or 2 more people to send me some coordinates before I redo this. And this is just the raw PCA, no special fitting. Just seeing how we all stand with all the new samples in space.
