Using singleton samples are not meant for qpAdm , I mean you will likely get a false positive because they are usually not enough SNPs. G25 is the best for individuals

Is this true even if one has their whole genome sequenced?

Adding a custom PCA here for a bunch of samples I've collected related to Jammu and Kashmir. Hopefully you guys find this interesting/useful. I've added some near by samples from geno to help plot the space. like the official Kashmir_Pakistan and Kashmir_Pakistan_o samples and some others.

Captures good diversity of the West Himalaya as a whole. Difficult to differentiate any of them; they all look similar to each other on a group basis.

Anyways, do you have any samples/coordinates that could be added (unscaled required) to David's spreadsheet? He adds private real (not simulated) coordinates as well if permitted to do so; conditions are that the coords must be of a person representing only 1 ethnicity, caste or tribe (unadmixed/"pure").

Anyone else who wants to add their personal coordinates to David's spreadsheet as well can send their coords to me; both scaled and unscaled coordinates are required.

most of them are Saidu Sharif like population. I wouldn't be surprised if ancient buddhist individuals from Taxila and Ambaran, Akhnoor were similar to them.

The sample (4025 & similar Telugu GBR) which we were taking as a IVCp base for lower IranN South Asians appear breakdown-wise closer to the Telugu Komati people average.
