You could model the Catacomb sample to see what could be going on. In general, based on Randwulf's run for your cousin, it looks like he is half Swat-IA and half more North/Western(Steppe and West Asian like). Modern-wise, similar story, with 3/4 South Asian and 1/4 north/western.

The surprising thing compared to the results of other South Asians seems to be the Tianyuan component; I wonder where it came from.
Check 1-on-1 your match with Ust_Ishim & with Andhra castes like Kamma & Kapu . There is some extra East asian that is old. Many Kerala Christians are look alike with Andhra castes. This what you get on Voltaire calc added with Ust_Ishim

Poi, is it possible for you to run these catacomb samples?
after a bit googling I found that this culture was established between black and caspian sea in eastern Ukraine and parallel to afansievo

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catacomb_culture

    Another good link:
    https://www.eupedia.com/genetics/catacomb_cultures.html.

    "
The Catacomb culture could be ancestral to the Indo-Iranians, and/or to the Daco-Thracians, Mycenaean Greeks, Phrygians and Armenians."

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I was wondering about the non AA East Asian in Bengalis. Does it likely come from one specific group or several groups over time? Is there a specific population that likely directly contributed to Bengalis?

Probably depends on the region tbh. But, it would most likely be Hinduised groups such as the Tripuri and Mech/Koch etc populations, who got assimilated over time.

South Asian PCA using G25 Coordinates.

Note that these PCAs were created using G25's ALL "raw" 25 scaled PCs. And the variance coverage even in 2D graph is pretty good -- around 92% for one and 88% in another.

PCA1 and PCA2, since they don't have 100% coverage, are throwing out some info. PCA1 is basically AASI-WestEurasian on the X-Axis and a more pronounced EastAsian-NonEastAsian on the Y-Axis. PCA2 minimizes EastAsian and is differentiating the Y-Axis (on the higher X-Axis side) along Steppe-IranN.

First, let's look at the pulls of various scaled PCs.

    PCA 1 - 92% Variance Coverage
    Pulls of various G25's PCs

    PCA 2 - 88% Variance Coverage
    Pulls of various G25's PCs

    PCA 1 - Overview

    PCA 1 - Zoomed In

    PCA 2 - Overview

    PCA 2 - Zoomed In

If we make 3D of these 2 PCAs, it would cover 94% of the variance. If I hear interest, I could work further on making it 3D so that you can rotate and interact with it. Also, I could map individual members so that they can see where they fit in. We can go further and do the same with the unscaled G25 coordinates.
