I have a question, what do you think about the potential hypothesis that R1b-V88 from or related with the Iron_Gates HG group was taken by the Early Cardial on the Adriatic or Aegean Sea to go in Iberia making Iberia_EN? Do you have any clue of modern distribution of V88 in Iberia?

This is key to the H4 mtDNA migrations and extended to Eastern Europe via GAC rather than the Danube and Hungarian basin there are no mtDNA in Eastern Europe pre Bronze Age. See here for more details https://anthrogenica.com/showthread....nd-other-folk)

Out of 64 pre 1800 births 45% Cheshire, 1% Irish (or Scottish), 25% south Derbyshire, 13% Burton on Trent area (where 4 counties within 10 miles), 7% Shropshire, 1% Staffs, 8% Lancs. So far all British Isles despite what some testing companies say.

Does Barcin Hoyuk Neolithic come from Mesolithic hunters adopting the Neolithic package?

All non-shotgun samples from Barcin and neighboring Mentese, minus the Mesolithic sample.

Okay. I couldn't help but take a peek, and I will let you all know that I am looking at the Eneolithic Steppe and Caucasus. To say the least, it is not really matching the assumptions in the paper. CHG gets pretty well discarded by both when using a wide array of pops from West Asia and Central Asia. I will continue to work this until it is pretty solid. The story doesn't seem so simple.
