They more than elude if I remember correctly. They state it.
Its makes it a bit complicated for us though because we are less able then to differentiate between conversion and assimilation in the Roman Italian peninsula and that of Western Anatalia. We might have to be satisfied simply with a big circle around Western Anatalia, Greece and Central/South Italy, and say: "here"

Mizrahi Jews like Yemenite Jews or Ethiopian Jewry cluster the closest to Arabians and non0Jewish Ethiopians respectively. Syrian or Levantine Jews as a whole are the most Levantine genetically among western Jewry. In other words, these Mizrahi groups are genetically very diverse and not at all uniform like in the case with European Western Jewish groups.
