herodotus has named a vast tribal names dwelt in nowadays ukraine and western russia and belarus such as neuri , budini , geloni , androphagi and some schythian tribes called themselves scoloti .some scholars consider these people iranian specially scolotes. is there any genetic evidence links these scolotes to indo-iranians(R1a-Z93) ? what about balto-slavic people(R1a-Z283)?
