Which DNA test analyze more SNPs?

The most recent thing I have found is this reddit thread reddit(dot)com/r/23andme/comments/3dd3lp/snp_coverage_analysiscomparisons_23andme_v3v4/ but it does not mention some well-known companies.
Does anyone have this information? I suppose that the more SNP the higher the percentage of certainty in the different tests, right?

I wouldn't necessarily say the more SNP's, the more certainty. As you can see from the chart, the different chips cover different portions and include different SNPs with varying amounts of overlap. According to the chart, MyHeritage currently have the most SNPs at 702,442, however, if you look at SNPedia, MyHeritage raw data only includes about 12,000 SNPs found on SNPedia. In comparison, Ancestry.com have 641,908 SNPs with about 47,000 of them on SNPedia. Medical reports may not interest you (that's primarily what SNPedia is for), but the same concept applies to ethnicity too.

You may also notice that some companies have actually decreased the amount of SNPs they include with their chip updates - this is why. They likely drop SNPs when they realize it's irrelevant to the reference panel they're working with.

You could spend several hundreds of dollars to have your full genome sequenced, if you wanted to - but the vast majority of that data is going to be useless.

The SNP Analysis from DNA Tribes takes your raw DNA data from other companies and analyzes it. They can only analyze as many SNPs as they company you tested with included. The question was which testing company includes the most SNPs - DNA Tribes doesn't provide that at all (you can test with them, but it's an STR test, which is different).

Best thing out there is this.

    Global25

Global25 workshop 1: that classic West Eurasian plot

    Global25 workshop 2: intra-European variation

But there's a reason why the analysis is called the Global25.

Global25 has enough data to also start analyzing non-European populations, among others, such as Indus Valley periphery and BMAC/Turan, Swat Valley Iron Age, and a huge swath of modern South Asian populations.
