Thread: Is DNA.Land accurate with West African ancestry?

Question Is DNA.Land accurate with West African ancestry?

I took the test with AncestryDNA and used the raw data file from there to upload to other DNA services.

As you can see, some show West African, others don't.

I'm Mexican and want to know if I have a West African ancestor from the Atlantic slave trade and/or a North African / Middle East ancestor who mingled with all the African populations for centuries before migrating on their own to Mexico or to Spain and then Mexico.

Nope. DNA.land was completely offbase for me.
    Gedmatch.com is good.
Kurd is a member here and creator of the Gedrosia gedmatch calculators. Very accurate. You can find more of his work on: Geneplaza.com
    Try k12 and k14 tests.
