You mean WHG for Baltic countries?
They get about 15% of WHG in average, but for example sample Latvia_HG:I4550 get 80% of WHG.

With reference to the Siberian K10 calculators in case someone hasn't read the original post I made on the topic - the references were taken from the more "formal" tests used in the Bolshoy paper that was described by @Generalissimo in one of his posts on the Eurogenes blog. The paper was trying to determine evidence of "eastern" type admixture in European populations. If things are hanging together well, more "westerly" Europeans without recent admixture from the east should mostly be WHG/LBK/Yamnaya in this test. More easterly Europeans should pick up some EHG/Nganassan/Han type admixture and the other references allow more recent outlier type ancestry to be represented. It was good fun. Here are my family results:

    SiberianK10.png

Here is the Latvian HG that @ph2ter referenced:

    SiberianK10LatviaHGI4550.png

Here are some modern Balts from the G25 reference set:

    SiberianK10ModernBalts.png

These all were run with scaled, averages, pen=0, 1000 cycles, 500 batch.

I forgot to mention that I enjoyed your calculator, when I tried it last week.
However, is there a reason behind your choice for Han instead of Naxi? I remember that you used to employ them as your East Asian source before and frankly they also work better for me here.

Thanks. I was just using the references for the models that were in the Bolshoy paper (as I remember creating this model a few months ago) where they matched references in the G25 set by name. It is all an approximation anyway, I think, so you probably could improve the model for any given person/region by customizing it like you have. Someone else mentioned substituting different farmer references, too, but I chose to stick with the named references.
