Living DNA, working with the world's leading academics, scientists and genealogists are seeking your help to extend the level of genetic detail within Southeast Europe, which includes today’s countries such as Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, (North) Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Kosovo.

They promised results on 6 August 2018 for everybody who uploaded DNA data last year. Still, nobody has received their results.

Hopefully, the results will be available during the next week or so according to the announcement on their FB website (as mentioned in another thread here at the forum):

"We are very excited about our latest feature Family Networks. If you have received your results from your Living DNA test then you can now Opt-in to Family Networks. For those uploading their data, opting in will be coming in 1-2 weeks."

I can see Czechia, Slovakia and Austria fitting with the rest somewhat (not the biggest fan though), but I don't like them lumping Turkey into Southeast Europe.
Geographically, sure, Istanbul will fit the criterion. But from a genetic point of view, if there is a macro-component that includes all of those plus Turkey, then this will negatively impact the results for everybody from those countries.
People from Central Europe will probably receive something extra that is more than normal from the North, those in the Balkans from the Northeast and those in Turkey from their South and East.

Everyone will lose.
