I did a test with 23 and me and this is what they have given me... I know of the FTDNA services, but will do that in the near future. Anyone has any idea where this may have originated from or any info on it?

I got my Mtdna tested im W1c4 - (w1c - T16292c!) to be specific.....theres actually different mutations belonging to W1c - as its very widespread - The dates are still yet to be considered as there been an update on timing on Yfull Mtree - if someone knows about this please do mention it.

you can test with FamilyTree Mt full sequence which I have done its on sale atm for $149 (i even have a GD match of 0 too :O ) you will recieve matches with familytree dna
or you can test with YSEQ Mtcomplete

either way you can then upload this to the Yfull Mtree

FTDNA would be better than YSEQ if cost is similar because FTDNA have their matching charts etc. This would be good for finding future matches, if the database grows with more people on FTDNA.

W1c is widespread, but frequency percentage is not too high in most places (if I am remembering correctly).
