I noticed the Dravidian craftsmen castes seem to be Dalit, and not related to Brahmins at all, unlike the ones in Indo-Aryan regions. The Craftsmen in South still claim Brahmin lineage tho.

Brahmin_Iyengar (IYN001) is this guy; his dad is mainstream Tamil Nadu Tamil and mom is Hebbar Tamil speaking from Karnataka but both are of same Vadagalai sect Iyengar.

Brahmin_Karnataka_Tulu (BKT001) is the full Tulu Shivalli Madhwa Brahmin (surname Bhat; Angirasa gotra) from Mangalore Poyadhakudde, mom from Padubidri Mangalore.

I recall it taking forever to process the data since the GSA only had ftp servers with awful download speeds. It would take a day to download a lone fastq file.

Now that they added high speed options like aspera I can get to processing any samples I may have missed initially.

There's a genotype dataset of Sarikoli/Wakhi available though.
