No, it is more likely to suggest iranian type ancestry as modern day baloch and other iranians have high sw asians. Do not forget that baloch is a west iranic language like kurdish and proto-baloch were soldiers of Qasim Army.

No, there is the possibility of that SW Asian being of Arab ancestry, at least partially. The entire region they inhabit was after all ruled by the Umayyad Caliphate and its successor states for a certain period of time.

On a somewhat related note, there is also the possibility that not all BMAC in the subcontinent was IVC mediated, as certain groups in Central Asia also score heavy BMAC ancestry.

BMAC is related to IVC but both were not exactly same. BMAC is base for central Asians just like IVC is for many South Asians.

which map? Those depends on fits. Very poor fits might not suggest anything.

I think the sample Caucasian is bit low, some North region Aroras, Kamboj and Khatris etc score comparatively 17-18+ Caucasian. In his case it could be Caucasian moving to SW Asian. G25 etc can explain a bit more.

There's one Telugu Kamma kit getting high SW asian as well. It could be caucasian moving to SW asian though as you suggested since this person pretty much has no Caucasian.

I asked him to have a G25 coordinates for free of cost to be published under David's public spreadsheet. But he doesn't seem interested as he thinks he will look like the other Bhumihar Bihar (Thakur) G25 guy.

Anyone interested (who is fully representative of any group) can add their coordinates or can generate their G25 coordinates (free of cost) since David is interested in adding more and more South Asian samples in his spreadsheet; unscaled required.

Off topic but do you know any calculators in Genoplot that have a separate AASI element; that can separate West Eurasian from the South Asian component, and have good East Asian references? I want to try and run some of G25 simulated SE Asian gedmatch samples that I have to see how much AASI and Western Eurasian they have in total.
