Gudar apparently had access to a Sudhan result along with their G25 coordinates. The Sudhan uses "Sadozai" but scores like a typical Potohari/AJK individual.

No, Niyogi Brahmins score like that, These brahmins are genetically between Telugu brahmins and Kamma/Reddy types, shifted more towards Telugu brahmins though.

There are many subsects under Niyogi, there could be some variations among them.

Over the past millennium the Niyogis have been further divided further into various groups: Pradhamasakha/Kanveyulu/Yagnavalkyulu (The First Branch) Aruvela(6000) Niyogi Nandavarikulu Golkonda Vyaparulu Karanakamma Vyaparulu Sristikaranalu/Sistukaranalu/Sistakaranalu Kasalanatlu Pakanati Pranganati

Actualy, i don't have their harappa world results, but i saw once razib analyzing about niyogi brahmins, here is what he quoted about niyogi brahmins:

"I’ve collected enough Brahmin samples from the four states of Southern India to see that they are very similar genetically (one exception is a Niyogi Brahmin who seemed more ASI-shifted than usual). If they don’t come from the same migration event, they diverged at around the same time. IBD analysis would show that Iyers are closer to each other than they are to Brahmins from Andhra Pradesh surely, but on admixture analysis there’s almost not difference."

Pulikanti is a telugu surname, so this guy would probably be either an outlier for Telugu Brahmin or an outlier for reddy(pulikanti is also used by reddy's), but most probably as you have stated this guy is a niyogi brahmin.

Niyogis are also mentioned in Western ganga records, But there are no niyogis now in Karanataka, either they retained their earlier identity of communities they were recruited from or assimilated into some other communities at a later time.

In the royal house, Niyogis oversaw palace administration, royal clothing and jewellery etc.In the royal house,
